Bhagwan Marine Limited (ASX: BWN) (Bhagwan) advises that as of Monday, 13 July 2026, that Bhagwan’s share registry services provider will change from MUFG Corporate Markets Pty Ltd to Automic Pty Ltd (“Automic”).

New Share Registry Provider - Automic Group

Shareholders easily and efficiently manage their Bhagwan Marine shareholdings via Automic’s secure and highly accessible online investor portal. The Automic portal provides, among other things, an online interface to update and manage shareholder’s details, view balances, and transaction history.

Shareholders that are not already a user of Automic’s investor portal may visit https://investor.automic.com.au and signup to register their details using the two simple steps provided in the setup process.
