Notice of General Meeting to be held on 24 March 2026

Bhagwan Marine Limited (ASX: BWN) (the Company) provides its Notice of General Meeting (Notice of Meeting), Proxy Voting Form, and letter to shareholders regarding the Notice of Meeting. The purpose of the General Meeting is to consider and approval a number of resolutions related to Bhagwan’s acquisition of Riverside Marine, as announced on 9 February 2026.

The General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 24 March 2026, at 10:30 am (Perth time) at the office of Bhagwan Marine, level 11 Australia Place Building, 15-17 Wiliam Street, Perth, Western Australia 6000.
