Bhagwan Marine Limited (ASX: BWN) (the Company) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) the results of the resolutions put to shareholders at the Company’s 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held today, 29 October 2025, are set out in the attached document.
All resolutions put to the AGM were passed and decided by way of a poll.
